Meet Bethanie Stein, President, Pharmacy, who began her career at Humana as a Pharmacy Resident. Throughout her career journey, she has found great support in Humana’s culture of inclusion and caring values. They not only inspired and encouraged her growth but helped her define her own leadership values along the way. 

“The leap to a leader is not an easy one,” she says. “One of the things that I tell people and it rang true for me is really finding the values that are important to you. For example, my values are transparency, authenticity, being inclusive and having an enterprise mindset. Staying true to those values and approaching my interactions with those in mind has helped me focus on how I want to approach every situation.”
