Humana Medicaid Plans in South Carolina and Wisconsin Receive 2025 Press Ganey Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award®

The two plans have been recognized as leaders in Member Experience for Child Medicaid

LOUISVILLE, Ky., January 16, 2026 – Leading health and wellbeing company Humana Inc. As winners of the Press Ganey HX Pinnacle of Excellence Award®, Humana’s Medicaid plans in South Carolina and Wisconsin have ranked in the top 5% of healthcare providers nationwide for delivering outstanding patient experience over a minimum of three consecutive years. Through the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey, members gave high marks to Humana’s plans for their overall quality and care accessibility.
