Discussing Shifts in Workplace Culture and Acceptance During Pride Month

Only then can we make the best decisions for our customers to ensure that they all have a fair and just opportunity to experience their best health. 

This Pride Month, we are celebrating what makes our LGBTQIA+ associates unique and acknowledging issues in the workplace members of the LGBTQIA+ community have faced over the years. We asked members of Humana’s LGBTQIA Network Resource Group how they’ve seen attitudes towards members of the LBGTQIA+ community shift over their time in the workforce.
