Carolyn was recognized by Modern Healthcare for her leadership in shaping Humana’s DEI strategy. Within the company, she focuses on cultivating a culture of belonging to ensure that the company’s roughly 67,000 employees feel valued and have both the opportunity and support to reach their full potential. This work is executed across five focus areas – strategic business alignment, external partnership development, corporate compliance, a cultivated culture of inclusion and an advanced diverse talent strategy.
