Humana is encouraged by the group’s collective progress and is pleased to excel when it comes to representation among women leaders. While women represent an average of 28% of executives across Catalyst Champion companies, compared with 23% among global peers, 39% of executives at Humana are women. We are proud that 46% of our senior managers are women compared to 29% among peer companies, and 67% of managers at Humana are women compared to an average of 27% of managers at Catalyst Champion companies.
Pay equity is a priority at Humana which is why we conduct an annual pay equity review and join 74% of Catalyst Champion companies who publicly disclose doing the same. We know that reviewing pay equity helps ensure that our employees are paid fairly and allows us to demonstrate the importance of this type of review for peer companies who are also on the journey to achieve equal pay for equal work.
