- Build on Humana’s promise to enhance a diverse talent pipeline through continued partnership with OneTen, participation in the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Partnership Challenge and a successful skills-based hiring pilot.
- Continue to advance our culture of inclusivity with approximately 7,800 employees engaged in individual mentorship at work and many others participating in group mentorship programs like Catalyst’s Men Advocating Real Change Dialogue Teams (MDT) and Transformational Leadership for Multicultural Women (TL MCW). Of 123 employees who graduated from the TL MWC program, 47 percent reported receiving a promotion, job shadowing, stretch assignment or visibility opportunities during the program.
